Chris White was inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in 2019 as a member of, and co-producer and songwriter for, the legendary Zombies, who are now the subject of the major documentary film ‘Hung Up On a Dream’. He played on the hits She’s Not There and Time of the Season, co-produced the seminal Odessey & Oracle, and wrote the standards Hold Your Head Up (Argent, Phish, Uriah Heap) and This Will Be Our Year (The Zombies, Cher, The Beautiful South). The Chris White Experience is a wonderful collection of unreleased and lost recordings from over the last 50 years. Following The Zombies, Chris co-wrote and co-produced seven studio albums for Argent, produced three albums for Colin Blunstone, worked on countless sessions with diverse artists (Doris Troy, Dire Straits, Charlie Dore) and continued to write and record his own catalogue of material. The popularity of his songwriting has been acclaimed by many artists releasing music today (Foo Fighters, HAIM, OK Go). Volume Seven of The Chris White Experience celebrates songwriting, collaborations, and hidden gems, detailing his work as a writer and producer from the 1970s to the present day. This new album contains unreleased songs from Colin Blunstone, Joe Lee Wilson, Rachel Robertson, John Verity and more. It also includes covers from Francie Conway and The Alan Bown!, and the original version of the Keep On Running Away which reached the Billboard charts for Lazy Racer in 1979.
