Tango Spleen Orquesta
Tango Spleen Orquesta is an ensemble at the forefront of the Tango music scene. Founded in 2008 in Italy by Argentinean pianist, singer, and composer Mariano Speranza, it is a reference both for the interpretation and arrangement of classics and for its own compositions. With hundreds of performances, festivals, and shows featuring the most representative tango artists, the Orquesta has established valuable collaborations (in opera, progressive rock, fado, singer-songwriter genres, etc.) in over twenty-five countries, from Italy to Argentina, from South Korea to the USA, from Kuwait to Russia. As the only European ensemble invited to the Festival Nacional del Tango de La Falda (Argentina 2011), Tango Spleen surprises in concert series and dance seasons in important venues, touching the hearts of thousands of people from all over the world (Tango Festivals such as Tarbes, Toulouse, Turin, Edinburgh, Bordeaux, Odessa, Trieste, Innsbruck, Blackpool…).
