Her song, Isolation Blues, speaks about going through periods of isolation and sadness, and feeling cut off from others. It speaks to the varying experiences one goes through in periods like that, but also speaks to hope for the future and coming out of those times. Claire wrote it when she had made a big decision in her personal life during a period of isolation, which was scary and challenging, but also in some ways exciting and great because she was pursuing her dreams.
